qq999 Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout these Terms & Conditions and in all other qq999 platform communications:

• "Platform" means the qq999 website accessible at qq999.im, together with all associated services, features, sportsbook markets, casino games, and promotional materials made available thereunder.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and whose registration has been approved by qq999.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member following successful registration, through which the Member accesses all Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-bet allocation, cashback, or reload bonus credited to a Member's Account, which is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by qq999 before a Member may withdraw funds or access certain platform features.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transaction currency supported by the Platform.
• "Restricted Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is not a resident of Indonesia, or has been self-excluded or suspended from the Platform.

By accessing any part of the qq999 Platform — whether or not you have registered an Account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. qq999 will notify Members of material changes via a notice posted on the Platform homepage or by email to the address registered on your Account.

To register an Account and use the qq999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qq999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a Restricted Person as defined in Clause 1, and must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by qq999.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of qq999, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless qq999 has provided express written consent.

qq999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document (KTP, passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by qq999 may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether held under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. qq999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to withhold any funds therein pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. qq999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were aware of that activity.

qq999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) standards. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to complete enhanced due-diligence checks at any time thereafter.

The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., bank statement, utility bill, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of each payment method used to deposit funds into your Account (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account in your name).

qq999 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including source-of-funds evidence, for Members whose transaction volumes or patterns warrant enhanced scrutiny. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until all outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied. qq999 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

All deposits to your qq999 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those made using a family member's bank account or e-wallet — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

qq999 currently accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in IDR:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• Digital Wallets (e-wallet): OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. qq999 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which qq999 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a delay, please contact our 24/7 support team with your payment reference number. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited; Members are responsible for verifying deposit amounts before confirming any transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to a different account name or a third-party account are strictly prohibited.

7.1 Processing Time. qq999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for verified Members using bank transfer or e-wallet channels. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or in cases where additional verification is required.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified Members, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced security review.

7.3 Wagering Requirements. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money Balance may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC and the minimum withdrawal amount.

7.4 Withdrawal Fees. qq999 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges; qq999 accepts no responsibility for such fees.

7.5 Right to Withhold. qq999 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

qq999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods.

8.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any portion of those funds may be withdrawn. Where a promotion does not specify a wagering requirement, the default requirement is 10x the bonus amount.

8.2 Bonus Abuse. Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses — whether through the use of multiple Accounts, arbitrage strategies, coordinated wagering with other Members, or any other method designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine sporting or gaming intent — will have their bonus funds voided, their Account suspended, and their real-money Balance reviewed. qq999's determination as to what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

8.3 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free bets that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

8.4 qq999 Right to Amend. qq999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the rights of Members who have already claimed and are actively progressing through the relevant wagering requirement.

All bets placed on the qq999 sportsbook and all wagers placed in the qq999 casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, market, or game. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.1 Sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. qq999 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been accepted in error, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of match manipulation. Markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and all other listed competitions are governed by the specific market rules published on the sportsbook pages.

9.2 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to network and data-feed availability. qq999 will not be liable for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the Member's side. Bets accepted after the conclusion of the event will be voided.

9.3 Casino & Slots. All casino games, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming, are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider. qq999 acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for the outcome of any individual game round. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are independently audited for fairness.

9.4 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, game malfunction, or data-feed failure, qq999 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the relevant Members. No claims for profits that would have been generated but for such an error will be entertained.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qq999 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all funds may be withheld pending investigation, and qq999 may pursue all available legal remedies:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Restricted Person.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading, or collusion with other Members or third parties.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undisclosed vulnerabilities in games or the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity through the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of coordinated bonus abuse, including through separate Accounts held by family members sharing a household.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qq999 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reproducing any part of the Platform without qq999's prior written consent.

All content on the qq999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of qq999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without qq999's express prior written consent.

qq999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qq999 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and qq999 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

The Platform provides a suite of tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity, including self-imposed deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion. • Loss of data or Account information due to technical failures or cyber-security incidents outside qq999's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Incorrect odds, market errors, or game malfunctions that have been promptly corrected by qq999 upon identification.
• Any third-party actions, including those of payment service providers, game studios, or telecommunications carriers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes qq999's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where qq999's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

15.1 Suspension by qq999. qq999 may suspend your Account at any time, without prior notice, if there is a reasonable basis to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. During a suspension, your Account Balance will be frozen pending investigation.

15.2 Permanent Closure by qq999. Following investigation, qq999 may permanently close an Account found to have breached these Terms. Real-money Balance will be returned to the Member following deduction of any amounts owed to qq999 and subject to satisfactory KYC, unless the funds are required to be frozen or forfeited as a result of unlawful conduct.

15.3 Voluntary Closure. Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five business days, subject to KYC completion.

15.4 Self-Exclusion. Members requesting self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme will have their Accounts closed for the duration of the exclusion period. Early reinstatement requests will not be honoured during the active exclusion period.

qq999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform, with the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page revised accordingly. For material amendments — those that significantly affect Member rights or obligations — qq999 will provide at least seven days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or by direct email to registered Members.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Clause 15.3.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by qq999's licensing jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated by qq999's licensing authority for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through qq999's internal complaints process.

Nothing in this clause prevents qq999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent conduct.
